Tig Welding
TIG stands for Tungsten Inert Gas, after the tungsten electrode, and the sheath of inert gas (argon, helium or an argon mixture) surrounding it. It is an arc welding process that makes use of a non-consumable tungstenelectrode to produce the weld.TIG welders can be used to weld steel, magnesium, aluminum, stainless steel, chromoly, nickel alloys, copper, brass, bronze, and even gold. TIG is a useful welding process for welding wagons, door handles, bike frames, fenders, lawn mowers, and more.
TIG welding is ideal for cosmetic welds like sculptures and automotive welds because it gives you a precise bead control.Due to its superior arc and weld puddle control, TIG allows you to create clean welds when aesthetics and appearances count.
We introduced this facility as a part of value addition to our assemblies. We do assemblies for our customers. For few stainless steel assemblies for our customers from the Electrical switch gear sector,Tig Welding is required in the assembly.
